Bei Chee maintains full ownership of the products until full payment has been obtained.
It is possible to cancel your order if it hasn’t been sent. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The shipping fee will not be refunded. It is not possible to change your order once it has been submitted. This also includes changing the size or color of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method.
All items are sent with our delivery team from our warehouse in Dar es Salaam. Your order will be delivered within 2 hours if in Dar es Salaam Central Business District and before 2pm cut off time.
Outside Dar es Salaam we attempt to deliver within 24 hours to Arusha, Dodoma, Mbeya, Mtwara other regions we aim to deliver with 3 working days.
The normal delivery time from when the package has left our warehouse is:
If nobody is at the address when we deliver, a note is left and we leave with the package. Another attempt to deliver will be made the next day. A total of two attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address.

Dar es Salaam
Shipping Charges: Free within Central Business District and above Tsh 100,000
Rest of Tanzania
Shipping Charges: Dependent on location and size/weight of item
All items sold on Bei Chee, under certain conditions, can be returned within a period of 7 days from delivery date. You can send us an email of return request by quoting your order ID in subject line along with the word return for e.g.: Return Order #0134962 and send mail mentioning all other details to email@example.com
Then follows a Requirement for a valid procedure where other details are validated from the admin side and confirmed over email/call like:
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc)
- Reason for return must be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check table below)
- Return method
- Refund method that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.)
- Return form returned with the product
Should there be any item damaged due to our transportation, please contact our customer service within 24 hours for claim purposes. We will arrange a pick-up at your convenience within 48 hours after you submit the return request.
Note that for pick-up, we will make 2 scheduled attempts.
However, after 2 pick-up attempts, we will cancel the return procedure and you will not be able to return your product to us anymore.
Once your product is retrieved we will perform a quality check.
If the quality check is successful, we will refund you according to your requested refund method. This will happen within 10 days starting from when your return request was submitted. Note that if the quality check is unsuccessful, you will not be refunded and will be sent back your product.
