What can I do after signing in to my account on Bei Chee?

Once you have made up your mind to buy your desired item, just follow the steps as below:

  • Click on the “BUY NOW” red icon on the selected item to proceed directly to checkout.
  • Please complete all relevant information such as name, phone, email etc. Please help us by adding additional information to ‘Order notes’ so we can find your delivery address faster.
  • Now select how you would like to pay i.e. PesaPal, Bank Transfer or Mobile money on delivery. We are giving away a further 10% discount if you chose to pay online before delivery!
  • And finally click on PLACE ORDER.
  • You will get confirmation of your placed order and a unique order number (keep it safe!). You will then receive an email and SMS confirmation.
  • After checkout you will be sent an email with your personal username and password this will allow for faster checkout on your next visit and real time status updates on your order.

We do not sell products from other shops. We have cut out the middle man to give our customers better prices and assured quality.

I can’t find the product I am looking for, what should I do?

You can WhatsApp us or write us mail to info@beichee.co.tz with the subject line “Looking for Product name in Category name”. You can also contact us on 0762 493 434 or WhatsApp and inform us about your interested item. However, we have a wide range of other items that are similar to what you may be looking for,  we can assist you in making this choice.

Do you sell used products also or only brand new?

On Bei Chee we only sell brand new products.

What can I expect in ‘New Products Launch’ section?

New products are our showcase for the products which are either newly launched on the market or are yet to be launched. We bring out the highlights of the product and also take pre-launch bookings.

What are the premium products?

Premium products are the ones which have exclusive features and are unique to our website. Bei Chee takes special care in procuring these products and makes them available to the people of Tanzania.

What is different between ‘Irresistible deals’ & ‘prices slashed’ products?

Deals can be a bundle offer of 2 or 3 products at a discounted rate. It can also be a free gift on the purchase of a particular item. Prices slashed on the other hand are the products which are on a sale/discount/clearance etc.

Shipping & Delivery

Can you deliver outside Tanzania?

For now no. We are on a mission to be the most trusted e-commerce store in Tanzania.

When can I expect my product after placing my order?

All items are sent with our delivery team from our warehouse in Dar es Salaam. Your order will be sent within 24 hours provided order is delivered within Dar es Salaam and placed before 3pm. Outside Dar es Salaam we will try deliver within 7 working days. As soon as order is placed we will confirm delivery status via Email and SMS.

How will the delivery be done?

All our deliveries are handled professionally. Your product will be well wrapped and sealed. Please don’t accept if seal is tampered.

Can I pick up my order instead of getting it delivered online?

Yes you can. Visit us at Msasani Tower, Kimweri Avenue, Msasani, Dar es Salaam. Our working hours are MONDAY- FRIDAY 8 am – 5pm.

What are your shipping charges?

For all purchases above Tsh 100,000 delivery is free within Dar es Salaam. YES, ABSOLUTELY FREE.

What if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

Before making delivery one of our executive will give you a call on your phone number which you have mentioned at the time of purchase to make sure you will be available to pick up your package.

Can I get my ordered delivered to my office address?

Yes, you need to place the desired address of delivery in the shipping address field.

I didn’t get my order delivered yet, what can I do?

Track your shipment online or else request an update from customer care.

Payment

What payment options do I have?

Bei Chee supports two type of payment options:

  1. Pay on Delivery

This means you pay after you have received your package. You can pay by mobile money once you have inspected the item.

Only available when delivered within Dar es Salaam on customers door step.

  1. Online payment

This means making payment in advance (before receiving the package) by submitting your payment online.

This is our preferred way to pay as it cuts down on our costs which we would like to pass on to you by way of a further 5% discount on your purchase.

You should make online payment within 12 hours, otherwise the order is automatically cancelled.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Depending on the value of the product, but in most cases no due to security concerns we accept mobile money or direct bank transfer on delivery. Please give the rider the transaction no. once transaction complete.

Do you offer payments in installments?

No, this option is not available as of now.

Will my card details be safe?

When you are shopping online we use rational security measures to protect the discretion of personal information under our control and suitably limit access to it. We use a variety of information security measures to protect your online transactions with us.

How can I cancel my order?

You can call us on 0762 493 434 or WhatsApp us on the same number or write us at info@beichee.co.tz for cancellation quoting your order number or else log on to your account and click on cancel button. Simple.

How can I track my order?

You will receive regular email and SMS notifications on the status of your order. You can also log on to your account and confirm status of your order.

I have received a faulty item?

In this case you are entitled to either a replacement or a refund whichever is more suitable for you.

How will I receive my refund amount?

Refund process begins after we have completed the evaluation of your returned product. We will send you an email notification once return examination completed. Note that some refund methods are available according to your payment method.

How long will it take to complete refund process?

In normal procedure Money Back happens within 7 days after return of product. Money refunded is by the same means of payment done.
